Care Professional Wanted

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled care professional to provide high-quality services to our clients in their homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support, promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and domestic support to clients in their homes
  • Assist with medication administration and meal preparation
  • Offer social support and companionship to promote mental wellbeing
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police Check
  • Current or willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
