Home Care Assistant

We are seeking experienced professionals who share our passion for providing exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide personalized care, social support, meal preparation, and medication assistance to clients
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans with clients to enhance their lives and independence
  • Collaborate closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and education opportunities to refine skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • Satisfactory National Police Check
  • Current or willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification
  • Smart mobile phone
