Early Learning Program Lead

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for building innovative and sustainable learning environments, enthusiasm for making work play, and a strong sense of belonging for all.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Engage children through activities and experiences tailored to age groups and developmental stages.
  • Mentor educators to achieve high standards in curriculum delivery and documentation.
  • Ensure the learning environment is immaculately presented, welcoming, and safe.

Key Qualifications:

  • Holds an ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one.
  • Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one.
