As a Lead Educator, you will be provided with learning and development opportunities including: Access to the NLRDP Perspective Partners in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, Cultural Pedagogy, Nutrition, Wellbeing, Inclusion, Sustainability, The Arts, and Documentation Access to unlimited information and resources via our new NLRDP Communication and Resource platform on 'PADLET' Access to The Creative Collection Arts and Materials with Children training program (delivered by Kelly Goodsir and Kirsty Liljegren) Access to the 'Learning Leaves' Documentation training delivered by our Pedagogy Partner On-call and online access to our Inclusion Mentoring Team led by Robyn Papworth The opportunity to apply for and participate in our exclusive New Zealand Study Tour Access to our Green Leaves Learning Tree Scholarship fund, which allows you to attend professional learning and networking across Australia.
In addition, you will be supported day to day by the Centre Educational Leader.

Access to our online Green Leaves library of learning courses, promising learning anytime, anywhere Our Acknowledge platform, which encourages sharing eCards of support for our team members achievements Ideally, we'd love for you to hold: A strong focus on Image of Child The proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS) Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement) A current and State relevant Working with Children's Check Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement) Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
