Lead Learning Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs for children.
Your primary responsibility will be to work alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to develop engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
- Key Responsibilities:
- To plan and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children.
- To establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
- To participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a similar role.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
