Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our supportive team as a specialist support coordinator.

The Role
  • Provide expert support coordination to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their goals are met through effective service planning.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Coordinate services and implement NDIS plans, addressing barriers and resolving crises.
About You
  • Demonstrated experience in specialist support coordination (NDIS).
  • Strong knowledge of NDIS processes, legislation, and complex case management principles.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, enabling autonomous work and effective teamwork.
  • Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Allied Health, or similar fields.
