As a key member of our Service Operations Command Centre team in Melbourne, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions and outstanding service.

The purpose of this role is to provide end-to-end customer delivery expertise for IP Tel services.

You will ensure successful delivery of all IP Tel services, manage internal work queues, coordinate resources, and design customer call flows.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring successful delivery of all IP Tel services

  • Designing and implementing customer call flows

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Telecommunications industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to ensure consistency of standards/procedures and promote efficiencies
