We are seeking a senior People Experience Business Partner to support our Melbourne-based Corporate Office. This role involves working closely with C-suite leaders on strategic and operational HR matters, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Partner with Corporate Office leaders to deliver end-to-end, people-centered HR solutions grounded in business needs.
  • Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies that enhance engagement, development, and transformation.
