About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Service Consultant to join our Customer & Partner Engagement team in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining portfolios across the Cash Solutions business, ensuring our Partners and Advisors receive consistent delivery of excellent customer service and support customers around product knowledge, due diligence, and general onboarding client queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound call functions, including day-to-day queries and execution of outbound customer campaigns.
  • Support customer retention via our Partners/Advisors and increase product per customer ratio.
  • Work with the operational team to resolve issues and communicate back to the business for review, within agreed timeframes and service standards.
  • Investigate and research matters, assist with continuous improvement initiatives, and liaise with other areas of the Bank to ensure processes comply with legal obligations and regulations, mitigate risk, and enhance the customer experience.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in Financial services, ideally within wealth management, financial planning, or broking.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience within financial services and working with Partner/Advisor channels.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong use of initiative, with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to identify and remediate issues.
