We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic to join our team as a Lecturer in Management at the University of Newcastle. As a key member of our Business School, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting impactful research, and building industry connections.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and develop innovative course materials in Management – Innovation and Entrepreneurship at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Conduct research that aims for national and international recognition, with a focus on work-integrated learning and authentic assessment.
- Develop industry partnerships and enhance curriculum design to support innovative research, knowledge exchange, and graduate employment opportunities.
- Contribute to the academic community through service and leadership, including co-supervising PhD students.
- PhD in Management / Innovation & Entrepreneurship or a related area.
- Relevant experience in teaching and research, with a focus on industry engagement and curriculum design.
- Experience in designing and developing new curricula in management/innovation and entrepreneurship, with an emphasis on work-integrated learning and authentic assessment.
- Ability to incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) into teaching and research.
The University of Newcastle offers a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of $112,717 - $133, % superannuation.
