Job Overview

As a Senior Cost Controller, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of photovoltaic plants. Your primary objective is to ensure timely completion and alignment with individual objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project budgets and forecasts.
  • Conduct regular analysis of costs allocations, actuals, and accruals.
  • Perform variance analysis of monthly movements and budget versus forecast.
  • Identify and monitor potential risks and opportunities.
  • Update projects' cash flow forecasts.
  • Review and modify project coding structures.
  • Maintain close communication with contracts administrators.
  • Prepare and submit monthly client progress claims.
  • Support Project Managers with subcontractor's progress claims documentation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and work practices.
  • Coordinate the preparation of month-end journals and process expenses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or Finance.
  • Postgraduate studies in a relevant field are advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within construction or engineering.
  • Previous experience in cost controlling throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proven expertise in applying cost control systems and utilizing ERP systems.
