About the Role:

As a Residential Aged Care Manager at Aged Care Resumes, you will play a vital role in creating a home for our residents that is filled with love, care, and compassion. Your primary responsibility will be to lead your team in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring that they receive the highest level of care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident
  • Lead and manage a team of caregivers to ensure that they are providing the best possible care
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care and support
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure that the facility is maintained in a clean and safe environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role in aged care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Compassion and empathy for residents and their families
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
