Job Summary:
This role offers a unique opportunity to create and deliver exceptional customer experiences through thoughtful marketing initiatives and memorable events.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with strong project management skills, able to work closely with the team to develop and execute marketing strategies, coordinate events, and manage communications.
You will play a key role in creating outstanding customer experiences through engaging events and activations that enhance the customer experience, ensuring all events are delivered smoothly, on time, and within budget.
The position requires you to be part of a duty management roster where you will be required to work on a weekend roster, approximately one weekend day a month.
About the Role:
- Campaign and Event Coordination: Plan and execute engaging events and activations that enhance the customer experience.
- Marketing Plan Development: Provide input for the centre's Marketing Plan.
- Agency & Supplier Coordination: Work closely with agencies and external suppliers to deliver quality creative assets, event services, and marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
- Customer Insights: Understand customer needs by leveraging insights analysis, listening tools, and data research to inform marketing strategies and event planning.
Requirements:
