Job Title: Order Management and Data Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking an organized individual to manage customer orders from submission to fulfillment. This role involves reviewing and processing customer requests, maintaining accurate data records, and providing exceptional support to internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain accurate sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Support customers in onboarding to our ecommerce platform, including setup and user training.
- Maintain customer trading profiles, ensuring product updates, data accuracy, and seamless offboarding.
- Provide top-notch customer support through Teams channels and email, resolving queries within agreed SLAs.
- Contribute to process improvements, optimizing the customer experience and streamlining internal processes.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales support, customer service, or administration coordination roles.
- Desirable experience working with government clients or SAP platforms.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
