Job Opportunity

The primary role of this position is to support a team in delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and internal stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring day-to-day service delivery, data management, and effective communication throughout the organization.
  • Manage business relationships with customers, fostering strong partnerships and driving growth opportunities.
  • Support account managers in providing excellent customer service, utilizing a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Assist in managing customer performance within agreed contractual parameters, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to elevate the customer experience.
  • Provide regular reports on business activities to account managers and customers as required.
  • Coordinate end-to-end contract life cycle management, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in working with OEMs, dealerships, and/or fleet management.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
  • A quick learner with problem-solving skills and the ability to follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • A customer-centric individual who can navigate high-pressure situations professionally and efficiently.
