Job Title: Patient Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our efforts in championing and instilling best practice approaches to person centred care within health services.

About the Role:
  • This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient experience and contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions.
  • You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and action patient experience priorities, manage key strategic projects related to person centred care and experience, and hold the portfolio for Health Literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient experience, aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including consumers, clinicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications and 2-3 years experience in a senior role within a healthcare organisation.
  • Demonstrated understanding of consumer experience principles and practices, with an emphasis on meaningful and impactful engagement, continuous improvement, and organisational change.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the National Standards, specifically the requirements for organisations outlined in Standard 2, Partnering with Consumers.
