Senior Operations Professional

We are seeking a senior operations professional to lead and manage operational service functions for the Post Sentence Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic advice and ensuring high-level reports, briefings, memos, recommendations, and ministerial correspondence are provided to senior management and the Secretary.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor operational service functions to ensure consistency with relevant legislation and associated operating procedures.
- Provide authoritative advice to senior management on the provision of high-level reports, briefings, memos, recommendations, and ministerial correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven ability to work within a complex service delivery area, preferably with experience managing individuals with multiple needs.
- Demonstrated understanding of best practice case management to proactively manage risk.
A tertiary qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
