Senior Operations Professional

We are seeking a senior operations professional to provide support to our team at a vibrant venue.
- Assisting in efficiently and effectively controlling all operations across the venue, including running the restaurant and bar.
- Supporting the Venue Manager by opening and closing the venue.
- Organisation and coordination of all staff members within the restaurant
- Maintaining current market knowledge and executing promotional concepts to assist in business growth.
- Critical to this role is taking a strategic approach in driving revenue, managing food and beverage, customer service and achieving financial targets.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years Hospitality Management experience
- Experience working in both Bar and Restaurant environments
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
- Experience in the financial aspects of a business
- RSA certificate and Management card
