We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Reconciliations Associate. This role involves delivering accurate and timely fund and investment operations while promoting a strong risk culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily operational tasks, including reconciliations, to meet team needs.
- Identify and resolve exceptions with care and accuracy.
- Act as a knowledgeable resource and supportive peer.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex issues and perform quality control reviews.
- Support the development of new and existing team members through training and cross-training.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of policies and procedures.
- Promote a strong risk culture and ensure audit readiness.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and team wellbeing.
- At least one year of relevant business experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Comfort with technical concepts and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a positive approach to teamwork.
