We are seeking a Patient Transport Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing transport services for patients, staff and delivering items as requested.
This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently and physically capable of transferring patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing transport services for patients, staff and delivering items as required.
- Checking and maintaining vehicles.
- Planning and arranging maintenance of vehicles.
Requirements:
- CURRENT NSW DRIVERS LICENCE CLASS C AND CURRENT APPLY FIRST AID CERTIFICATE.
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Physically capable of transferring patients, loading, unloading and manoeuvring patients around, on and off stretchers or wheelchairs.
- Demonstrated experience with using computer systems and Microsoft programs.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team with limited supervision.
- Knowledge of challenges of working in a remote area.
- Demonstrated previous experience relating to the position.
