About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer and Assessor to join our team at Max Solutions. As a key member of our training team, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.


Responsibilities:



  • Deliver language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills training to students
  • Work with a diverse group of participants to identify barriers to learning and develop strategies to overcome them
  • Conduct pre-training assessments and implement training to meet contract requirements
  • Use effective learning techniques and maintain a student-centered approach to engage students and promote positive outcomes

Requirements:



  • Current Cert IV TAE or Diploma in Adult Education
  • Undergraduate degree with a postgraduate qualification in TESOL
  • Knowledge of the Australian Core Skills Framework is preferred
  • Excellent skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areas
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of participants and identify barriers to learning
