About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer and Assessor to join our team at MAX Solutions, where you will play a vital role in delivering the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.


Job Overview:


This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a real difference in the lives of our students. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality language, literacy, numeracy, and digital skills training, using your expertise to engage students and promote positive outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver Training Sessions: Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  • Assess Student Progress: Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support Students: Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance, ensuring they have the best possible chance of success.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other trainers and staff members to ensure seamless delivery of the SEE program.
  • Continuously Improve: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continually improve training methods and outcomes.

  • A competitive salary of AU$65,000 - AU$75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
