Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Technical Lead to spearhead impactful projects in a collaborative environment.

  • Develop project strategies, prepare fee proposals, and oversee urban development design and drafting activities.
  • Lead civil design initiatives, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities, while coordinating with architects, landscape architects, and engineers at project meetings.
  • Manage technical reviews and internal QA processes, undertake project management, bid support, and leadership duties.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Chartered Engineer status with NER accreditation.
  • At least 15 years of experience in civil design for buildings, urban development, land development, or brownfield projects.
