Senior Project Director

The role of Senior Project Director involves leading the management of projects within a health organization, ensuring timely delivery, effective budgeting, and high-quality outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Develop comprehensive project plans, risk management strategies, and reporting frameworks to guarantee successful project execution.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance against predetermined goals and objectives, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, and external partners, to ensure collaborative project outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex projects with a proven track record of success.
- Advanced knowledge and application of project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
