Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Director to lead and manage our ICT project delivery teams. This is an ongoing permanent senior management role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex ICT projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance on project management techniques, methods, and systems.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk management frameworks to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale ICT projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide project teams to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are highly desirable.
