Assistant in Nursing Opportunity

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Assistant in Nursing to deliver high-quality patient care and make a real difference in the lives of our residents at a beautiful aged care home located in Kingscliff, NSW.

This is a full-time position with a flexible AM/PM roster, offering a great work-life balance and the chance to work closely with the nursing team to ensure physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing team to achieve outstanding results and exceed resident expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 6 months experience in residential aged care as an AIN
  • Australian work rights
  • x 2 Senior clinical referees
  • x 3 COVID vaccinations and up to date Flu Vax
  • Police check (within 12 months)
  • A genuine passion for aged care and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
