- Meet Clinical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): You will meet clinical KPIs in alignment with divisional requirements to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support Divisional Objectives: You will support divisional objectives and priorities by delivering organizational training and actively participating in key projects as needed.
- Attend Organizational Meetings: You will attend organizational meetings and mandatory training sessions to stay updated on best practices and organizational policies.
- Adhere to Policies and Procedures: You will adhere to Yooralla's policies, procedures, and management instructions to maintain compliance and uphold organizational standards.
- Assessments and Interventions: You will conduct assessments of age and developmentally appropriate functional daily living skills and implement interventions as necessary to enhance independence and well-being.
- Home Modifications and Assistive Technology: You will assess the built environment and prescribe minor home modifications or low-tech assistive technology to improve occupational performance.
- Assistive Technology Solutions: You will evaluate, prescribe, and implement basic and complex assistive technology solutions to support functional independence and participation.
- Safe Manual Handling: You will provide services related to safe manual handling, including assistive technology prescription, manual handling profiles development, and caregiver training.
- Community Access: You will facilitate access to education, employment, leisure, and recreation opportunities in the community to promote social participation and overall well-being.
- Pressure Injury Prevention: You will manage pressure injury prevention, sensory processing, and falls prevention strategies to ensure the safety and health of individuals with disabilities.
- Expert Skills and Knowledge: You will demonstrate expert skills and knowledge in one or more of the following areas: assistive technology, pressure injury prevention, sensory processing, falls prevention, supporting access to education or community or employment, and early childhood intervention.
