Job Description:This role is for an experienced and proactive individual seeking a challenging position as a senior legal professional in a boutique law firm with a reputation for excellence.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing office flow, drafting documents, liaising with clients, maintaining client files, assisting with billing, conducting legal research, and providing administrative support to the legal team.
Key Responsibilities:- Efficiently handle appointments and correspondence.
- Prepare, proofread, and lodge a wide range of internal and external legal documents.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, barristers, and other legal professionals.
- Organise and maintain both physical and digital client files and documents.
- Assist with billing processes, prepare invoices, and manage accounts and ledgers.
- Perform legal research and gather information to support the legal team.
- Provide crucial administrative support to the legal team, including general office duties.
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary/Paralegal in litigation and commercial law.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal practice software.
