Senior Legal Professional

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Senior Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in legal practice and be able to provide high-level support across complex legal matters.
This is an opportunity to work on diverse matters across multiple sectors, including financial services, property, manufacturing, listed companies, private clients, and SMEs. You will be responsible for drafting and filing legal correspondence and court documents, managing billing and reporting, and liaising with clients and third parties.
- Provide high-level support across complex legal matters at State and Federal Court levels.
- Draft and file legal correspondence and court documents.
- Manage billing, reporting, and client communications.
- Liaise with clients, third parties, lawyers, counsel, and suppliers.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 10+ years' professional experience in a legal environment.
- Skilled in preparing and filing legal documents across jurisdictions.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and court deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous, detail-oriented, and collaborative in your approach.
