Job Title: Plant Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

This is a challenging opportunity to take on a key leadership role in the operation of a processing plant. As Plant Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities on site, including ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating daily operations, optimizing plant performance, and prioritizing staff safety. You will also be responsible for assigning resources effectively and liaising with various teams to ensure smooth communication.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 5 years' experience in mining, with a strong understanding of mechanical aptitude and DCS/plant software.
  • Experience working with mineral sand processing and equipment.
  • A Cert IV in mineral processing or supervisory training would be highly desirable.
  • You must be a safety-focused and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
