Fixed Plant Maintenance Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to perform routine maintenance and repairs on fixed plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out quality control checks to ensure correct functioning of the equipment.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve maintenance objectives.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by following established safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical Trade Qualification (Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical).
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in solid maintenance work for fixed plant equipment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with specific crushing components, including Metso MP1000 Secondary Crushers, Gyratory Crushers, and rotatable rebuilds.
Preferred Skills:
  • High risk license: EWP, LF, DG, IR, CN or Overhead crane.
  • Competent with Laser aligning equipment.
Additional Information:

This role involves collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations and guarantee that all safety procedures are followed at all times.
