Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Mechanical Fitter. The ideal candidate will have a background in fixed plant maintenance and a commitment to safety.

The successful applicant will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and troubleshooting on various equipment and machinery. A strong understanding of mechanical systems and ability to work independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs on fixed plant equipment
  • Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues
  • Working collaboratively with the operations team to ensure smooth site operations
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Cert III in Engineering - Mechanical
  • 12 months minimum solid experience with fixed plant maintenance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at heights, confined spaces, and gas testing

Preferred Qualifications Include High-Risk Licenses (EWP, LF, DG, IR, CN) and SAP Experience.
