About the Role

This role involves operating in a team environment, reporting into a highly supportive Payroll Manager, and processing complex end-to-end payroll while providing high-quality service to employees.

Duties:

  • Perform end-to-end payroll
  • Process leaves calculations, long service, maternity, and parental leave
  • Interpret complex EBA's & Awards
  • Demonstrate strong customer service to the highest level
  • Undertake terminations & redundancies
  • Manage payroll-related queries and adhere to all payroll requirements

Requirements

  • Experience with high-volume payroll is highly desirable but not essential
  • Proven experience performing end-to-end payroll
  • Strong understanding of EBA's & Awards
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Able to work under pressure and develop work plans to achieve deadlines
  • Ability to work well within a team environment

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
