Programmatic Lead

As a seasoned programmatic professional, you will be responsible for spearheading delivery and optimization initiatives across DV360. The goal is to ensure campaigns perform at their highest potential.

  • You will provide strategic counsel on supply-side strategy — selecting the right SSPs, structuring PMP deals, and optimizing inventory and yield.
  • Translate complex technical programmatic details into clear, actionable recommendations that inform senior decision-makers.
  • Lead and mentor a trading team, fostering alignment with industry standards and building expertise in programmatic capabilities.
  • Navigate the agency and publisher landscape with confidence, advising and partnering to drive value beyond execution.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, pushing innovation and refining processes to stay ahead of market trends.

  • You enjoy working across both demand- and supply-side programmatic and shaping PMP strategies.

You should have 9+ years' experience in programmatic, with proven capability across DV360 and SSPs. Experience managing PMP deals, inventory, and yield optimization is also required.

  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience in a trading/programmatic team.
  • Adaptable, innovative, and comfortable working in an independent, non-corporate environment.
