Role Overview

  • We are seeking a skilled Programmatic Strategist to lead our programmatic delivery and optimisation efforts across DV360, ensuring campaigns perform at the highest standard.
  • The ideal candidate will advise on supply-side strategy — SSP selection, PMP structuring, and inventory/yield optimisation.
  • This role involves translating technical programmatic detail into clear, commercial recommendations that influence senior decision-makers.
  • You will manage and mentor a trading team, ensuring alignment to consulting standards and building depth in capability.
  • Navigating the agency and publisher landscape with confidence is also key – advising and partnering in ways that add value beyond execution.
  • As part of our team, you will champion a culture of continuous improvement — driving innovation, refining processes, and contributing to new consulting products that keep the practice ahead of market.

About You

  • A minimum of 9 years' experience in programmatic, with proven capability across DV360 and SSPs.
  • Experience managing PMP deals, inventory, and yield optimisation is essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders is required.
  • Leadership or mentoring experience in a trading/programmatic team is necessary.
  • Adaptability, innovation, and comfort working in an independent, non-corporate environment are valuable assets.
