Resilience Program Manager

The Community Resilience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in developing and delivering community-focused programs to achieve the goals of our strategy.
Key Responsibilities">- Develop and deliver community-focused programs to build resilience and renewal within local communities.
- Build the capability of our members through facilitation, engagement, and support for recruitment and retention.
- Play a key role in increasing hazard awareness and understanding of public information and warnings.
- Lead the development of plans, programs, and tools to enhance community capacity for emergency response.
- Support emergency response activities following appropriate training and assessment.
- Assist in incident response and delivery of community engagement activities and programs.
