Program Director for Climate Resilience

The role of Climate Resilience Program Manager is pivotal in driving the success of a complex program funded by a government agency.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish a program management team to oversee key roles and responsibilities.
- Broker, establish, and lead stakeholder engagement with government stakeholders, implementing partners, and private sector entities in Australia and Cambodia.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between all stakeholders, including implementing partners.
The Climate Resilience Program Manager will provide strategic leadership and overall performance management of the program, ensuring effective implementation, coordination, execution, and achievement of outcomes across Cambodia.
Key Requirements:- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in managing large or multi-country programs focused on climate resilience, water resource management, WASH, international development, or related fields.
- Tertiary qualifications in Development Studies, Integrated Water Management, WASH, Agriculture, Climate Change, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing competing demands and working with diverse stakeholders, including consortium partners, government officials, NGOs, private sector entities, and donors.
