At Capital Group, we are seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of the Client Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to investors across Europe and Asia.

About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary package of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and support the outsourced unit registry's service delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of investor reporting, distributions, and rebates processing.
  • Provide high-level service to existing and prospective investors, including platforms and dealer groups, demonstrating Capital Group's commitment to superior client service.
  • Manage platform and management fee rebates agreements and payments, coordinating with Legal & Compliance and Sales teams.
  • Conduct distributor oversight, including AU DDO reporting and due diligence, and participate in projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with Europe-based Tax and Fund Administration teams on custody, fund account, and financial reporting matters.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills, with a diverse group of associates, including external parties and senior business leaders.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the AU managed funds industry, client services, and mutual funds, applicable regulation, industry guidelines, and practices.
  • Show ability to evaluate and address data confidentiality and security concerns when dealing with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate effectiveness in being a Client Operations subject matter expert and an active participant in meetings and settings.
