Job Description

This role will oversee the implementation of incoming orders, ensuring seamless customer experiences throughout the process. You will maintain high standards of communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Primary ownership for TN and Partner software platform setup and configuration.
  • Create and configure platform users and vehicles.
  • Administer hardware, software, and configuration tools.
  • Execute tasks to support successful implementation of orders aligned with installation requirements.
  • Process incoming orders with high accuracy.
  • Use, create, and manage required documentation and maintain customer records.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams, building strong relationships.
  • Understand customer needs, requirements set out by Pre-Sales Eng/Sales, and ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
  • Promote Vision, Mission, and KPIs as set.
  • Promote and drive a customer-driven culture, focusing on design, delivery, and execution.
  • Maintain knowledge and awareness of best practices in own discipline.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and customers to understand their level of satisfaction and ensure it's kept at a high level.
  • Maintain positive relations between colleagues and communicate key information to the team, working collaboratively in an open and collaborative manner.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in working with SAP would be an advantage.
  • Passionate about customer service and relationship building.
  • Experience providing hardware, software, and/or services.
  • Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable, and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.
  • Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way, and builds successful working relationships.
  • Working knowledge of GPS & fleet management technology a bonus but not necessary.
