
Sales Business Development Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to spearhead our Enterprise business in Australia. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth by leading a high-performing sales team responsible for securing net new business with top commercial organizations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and executing successful customer acquisition strategies, inspiring high-performing teams, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of experience as a high-growth technology leader with direct experience leading a 'new business' sales team.
- Experience translating highly technical products to business value for C-Suite decision-makers.
- Proven ability to successfully execute against personal and team goals while always seeking improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to C-Suite executives.
