Electric Mobility Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electric Mobility Strategist to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable and electric mobility. You will be responsible for coordinating product planning initiatives, analysing market shifts, and driving strategic decisions that propel our brand and products forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Planning Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support short-, mid- and long-term future product, pricing and specification development initiatives.
  • Product Launch Planning: Contribute to product launch readiness activities, ensuring successful introductions.
  • Product Life Cycle Management: Track and analyse product performance across different stages, recommending improvements or end-of-life strategies.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Monitor automotive industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Competitor Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and positioning.
  • Product Planning & Market Intelligence Reporting: Develop and deliver clear, concise monthly reports on product performance, market trends, and competitor intelligence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in product planning, market research, or a related strategic role.
  • Strong command of market intelligence tools and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.
