Job Description

The position involves taking charge of the strategic direction and operational leadership of the fleet and logistics function. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a world-class electrification roadmap, embedding logistics and fleet planning into enterprise-wide integrated business planning (IBP), and enabling operational excellence across a complex and distributed infrastructure network.

This is a highly influential senior leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in large, fast-moving environments and is looking to drive both strategic and cultural change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evolve the end-to-end fleet and logistics strategy to meet operational demands while managing cost, availability, and sustainability targets.
  • Drive the transition to an electrified fleet in a way that enhances capability and future-proofs operations.
  • Provide high-level leadership across planning, fleet maintenance, warehousing, distribution, and garage operations.
  • Align fleet and logistics operations with business-wide IBP.
  • Oversee policy and process improvements to support efficient, safe, and environmentally sound logistics and fleet operations.
  • Benchmark performance, improve data quality, and drive continuous improvement across all fleet and logistics functions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, supporting their development and alignment with the business's goals and values.
  • Engage effectively with senior internal stakeholders and external partners including regulators, suppliers, and industry bodies.
