  • Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Facility Management or extensive experience in Facility Management.
  • Demonstrated experience in initiative, strong organizational skills, multitasking, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing work in a high-volume healthcare engineering environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in Australian Standards and codes of practice.
  • Experience in engineering, maintenance, and asset management including personnel/resource management, procurement, tendering, and contract management in line with NSW Government policies.
  • Proficiency with computer-based applications for activity, asset, and finance management systems.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and building services with a trade background and related qualifications in Facility Management.
