Senior Manager - Sustainability

This role will sit within the sustainability team in Sydney and oversee the delivery of financial reporting projects focused on sustainability and climate.

  • Advise clients across a range of sectors on value-creating solutions to address sustainability opportunities and challenges.
  • Scope of engagements will include voluntary and mandatory reporting assessments and climate-related financial disclosures.
  • Types of engagements may include evaluating the appropriateness of sustainability reporting frameworks, gap assessments, report preparation, roadmap development, climate-related risks and opportunities, data collection transformation support, and financial modeling.
  • Lead multiple teams across various disciplines, reviewing and approving output, coaching, and mentoring individuals in building their skillsets and capabilities.
  • Liaise with senior management, C-Suite, and Boards to ensure engagement objectives are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Develop market-facing materials about sustainability practices and contribute to internal capability building through tool development and training.
  • Support the development and optimization of national sustainability methodologies to drive efficiency and consistency across the sustainability team.

Mentor junior team members during client engagements and support their professional development.
