Job Title:
Senior Sustainability Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead sustainability initiatives on major infrastructure projects across Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative strategies for sustainable design, construction, and operations with a focus on emerging technologies.
Collaborate with designers to challenge conventional practices and embed cutting-edge techniques.
Create clear, well-researched reports and technical papers on a wide range of sustainability topics.
Partner with clients and project teams to integrate advanced sustainability strategies into infrastructure projects.
Conduct thorough sustainability assessments and detailed life cycle analyses.
Mentor junior team members and enhance the skills of a diverse range of staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, environmental science or a similar field.
Extensive experience (ideally 10+ years) in sustainability within infrastructure or transport sectors.
Demonstrated expertise as the principal sustainability lead in delivering IS Ratings and/or equivalent infrastructure sustainability certification schemes.
