Job Opportunity: Secondary Leadership Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Christian educator to join our leadership team as the Deputy Head of Secondary. This exciting opportunity will enable you to contribute to the growth and development of a vibrant Christian community, while also supporting the operational management of Years 7-12.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing and implementing student wellbeing initiatives aligned with the College's purpose. They will work closely with the Head of Secondary to ensure alignment of student discipline and wellbeing practices with College policies.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, actively attend their local church, and willingly support the vision of the College. They must also have an understanding of child safety principles and demonstrated ability to implement safeguarding policies in a school setting.

  • Lead the Wellbeing Team to deliver wellbeing and pastoral care services effectively.
  • Manage student behaviour and address sensitive issues with discretion.
