About the Role

**As Head of Department - Student Services, you will focus on**:

- Wellbeing and behaviour management initiatives and interventions to support high quality educational outcomes for students for students in your year level cohort.
- Development of quality teaching and learning, and planning the right intervention and support at the right time, to provide quality schooling for all students.
- Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, parents and education stakeholders.
- Positively impacting student learning outcomes, social emotional development and wellbeing.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Be an effective communicator with excellent skills in developing positive relationships and have the ability to function to a high standard in a team environment.
- Possess a sound knowledge of Essential Skills of Classroom Management and knowledge of Positive Behaviour for Learning.
- Be highly regarded if you have experience and demonstrated knowledge in classroom profiling, inclusive education, Reboot, and developing student wellbeing.
- Have a fractional teaching load.
