Job Overview

This role involves leading a team focused on student wellbeing, implementing initiatives to enhance the educational experience in a Distance Education setting.

Key responsibilities include fostering connections with students, home school supervisors, parents, community and external agencies to develop a positive learning environment.

Other duties involve planning, coordinating and evaluating whole school wellbeing programs, as well as developing and implementing initiatives that promote high standards of educational attainment, engagement, attendance, progression, retention and wellbeing for diverse students.
