Principal Opportunity at Montessori School

A permanent, full-time position is available for an experienced educational leader who can advance the Montessori philosophy and cultivate a strong school community.

  • This leadership role involves strategic direction, operational oversight, and collaborative relationships with students, staff, families, and the wider community.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • a deep commitment to child-centred learning and the Montessori philosophy;
  • senior leadership experience in a school setting, including pre-school and primary education;
  • exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with the whole school community;
  • financial acumen and ability to work collaboratively with a governing body.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • post-graduate qualifications in education or leadership (highly regarded but not essential);
  • previous experience in Montessori education (highly regarded but not essential).
