Automate Legal Precedents with Passion and Precision

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Design & Automation team. As a Precedent Automation Consultant, you will be responsible for managing client precedent packs and automating them in accordance with client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of key parties, processes, and documents used in legal processes and experience working with document automation software. A background in JavaScript calculations is an added advantage but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage client precedent packs and automate them in accordance with client requirements">
  • Create high-quality automated precedents for use by law firms">
  • Review and prioritize feedback from clients on improving their precedents">
  • Ensure all client activity is accurately logged in Salesforce (CRM) in a timely manner">
  • Build strong relationships with clients">
  • Deliver precedent training sessions to clients and internal teams">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working with legal and/or conveyancing matters">
  • A solid understanding of key parties, processes, and documents used in legal processes">
  • Experience using document automation software">
  • Background in JavaScript calculations (an advantage)">
